TB downed Chief Leschi Friday in a closely contested battle after defeating them handily on Wednesday. Even though Seth Talen gave up only one hit through 6 innings, the Crusaders found themselves behind 2-3 going into the top of the 7th. The Chief Leschi pitcher had kept the Crusaders at bay most of the game, striking out 10 in six innings. TB responded in the top of the seventh, plating 5 runs. BJ Peterson led off the inning with a single. He proceeded to steal second, and advance to third on a wild pitch. Tommie Brazile drove in Bj to tie the game, with a single on the first pitch he saw. Later in the inning Dayton Pascua delivered a triple to the left center gap to score Tommie and Tyler Hertz. Dayton and Jonny VanParys both scored on wild pitches to finish the top half of the inning. Dayton Pascua pitched the last inning giving Seth Talen and the Crusaders the victory.
