Crusaders Set New Records at King's Invitational Meet

The track team is continuing to have a fantastic year!  We had many PR's and great scores at the King's Invitational Meet.  McKenna Neufeld won the Female Track Athlete of the Meet by winning the 100 and setting a new meet record with a season best time of 12.62 seconds and also won the 200.  Austin Lutterloh won both the 110 hurdles and the 300 hurdles and set a new school record in the 300 hurdles of 39.81 seconds. Ashley Brooks won the 100 hurdles and got 3rd in the 300 hurdles.  Abram Jackson took 2nd in the long jump in his first high school track meet jumping just inches from the school record jump.  Ben Cooksley took 5th in the triple jump and Jane Cooksley took 5th in the long jump.  The girls 4 x 100 and 4 x 200 meter relay teams of Maddie Kitselman, Jane Cooksley, Ashley Brooks, and McKenna Neufeld had season best times in both relays.  The boys 4 x 100 meter relay team of Morgan Wood, Austin Lutterloh, Jonathan Halstenson, and Abram Jackson had a great race and a season best time as well.  Crusader athletes did a great job, with many having great marks that didn't make the top 8 at the meet.
