Lady Crusaders continue their winning ways last night by defeating the Chief Leschi Volleyball team 3-0 with efficient, dominant, all-around play.  In her first match, Kathryn Carlson combined with Ashley Brooks to serve the Lady Warriors off the court.  Together they tallied 36 of 42 serves with 8 aces.  Michaela Jandebeur also served 4 aces and had 2 blocks, while Mycalyla Chavez pounded 4 kills.  Kudos to the TBS fan section which outnumbered and outyelled the opponents on their home court.  The JV team had a tough, close match with Evergreen Lutheran, losing 2-1 in a non-league match.

Congratulations to the Lady Crusader Volleyball team who defeated the Saints from Seattle Lutheran in their first league match.  The final score of 3-0 reflected an excellent team effort to begin the league season.  After coming off a solid third place finish in the Raymond Tournament, the Crusaders played with great effort and energy.  Ashley Brooks led the way with her serving, netting 5 aces.  McKenna Neufeld also had 5 aces and 23 assists, the majority of which went to Natalie Snyder with 14 kills.  Next up is Chief Leschi on Thursday at their place...come cheer us on!
