Josh Narayan Voted Coach of the Year by Tacoma News Tribune
Narayan, in his fourth season, has revived the Crusaders from non-existent – the school didn’t field a team in 2003-04 because of disinterest – to a state trophy winner (20-8 this season). Tacoma Baptist finished second in the 2B girls state tournament in the Pacific League and fourth in the Southwest District, then hung on until Saturday to take the eighth-place trophy.
