Tacoma Baptist Junior High - Student Life
Students compete each year in science projects to demonstrate their understanding of the scientific method, and to apply scientific principles to areas of their interest.
Family Fun Center
Junior high students enjoy an end of the year field trip to play laser tag, miniature golf, bumber boats, games, and enjoy time with each other in a relaxed setting.
Students, faculty, and staff gather weekly for singing and to hear preaching from local pastors, youth pastors, and guest speakers.
Depending upon the class content, junior high students take field trips that are related to science, history, English, and other subjects.
Blue and Gold Day
In support of athletic competitions, and in support of high school state competition, the Junior high dresses up in blue and gold clothing to cheer on school accomplishments in athletics.
Students dress up and exchange candy, food, and participate in a lively atmosphere with each other at this time of year.

8th grade students may participate in a trip to WA DC to tour the national monuments, museums, national historical sights, and learn about US history from a Christian perspective.
